Our assessment services include
Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
We help participants access the right NDIS support by assessing their strengths and identifying areas where additional assistance is needed. These assessments provide a clear picture of a person’s ability to manage daily tasks and recommend supports that align with their goals and needs.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Assessments
For participants with high functional impairment needs, our SDA Assessments determine eligibility for specialist housing solutions under the NDIS. We assess an participant’s requirements to ensure their living environment is safe, accessible, and tailored to their specific needs.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments
Our SIL Assessments evaluate the level and type of daily support required for participants to live as independently as possible. This may include personal care, assistance with household tasks, and overnight support to promote safety and autonomy in their home environment.

The entire process, including the assessment and report writing, takes between 15 to 20 hours depending on the participant. The direct interview typically takes 2-3 hours, but this can vary depending on the participant’s unique needs.
